This is a lost gem. In the late nineties the group put this recording together. It has a lot of different styles, all with the classic Leppard feel. These songs are much more developed than past stuff. Just youtube "Paper Sun" and you will see. Also several semi-rap songs, but with a VERY Def Leppard twist. Everyone I know has gone ape over these sounds and have drove me crazy asking who/what this is. Also would recommend " YEAH! ", as I saw them on this tour in 2006 and that stuff rocked. They have just released "Songs From The Sparkle Lounge". I got it but havn't gotten past the Euphoria stuff yet, so I have not taken time to play the new one. IF YOU LIKE LEPPARD.... YOU WILL LOVE THIS.
A time travel back to their roots is what is in store with this amazing album Def Leppard released. Though it doesn't capture the full essence of their heyday, there are some good strong tracks that will resonate with fans of their older material! Harmonies and choruses are on point as always with them!

If you do not have this album in your Def Leppard library then you are missing out. Truly some of the bands best work since Hysteria and Pyromania. Hits like Promises and Paper Sun, which they have now added to the concert line up, are just two songs from this album that keep me coming back over and over. Placing this album in my playlist Top 5. Oh yeah, don't try to buy this album on iTunes....It's not there. Fortunately it was EBay to the rescue and I was able to find a brand new CD still in it's factory wrapper and security tape.
