Fairly good late 80's rock band. Kind of unknown- definitely not a headliner group. Still.... had some really good songs. DON'T NEED RULES is a good 'F- YOU to everyone' song right up there w/ Priests YOU'VE GOT ANOTHER THING COMIN. Theres also a cover of MRS ROBINSON that adds some edge to the moodiness of the awesome classic. If your into non-main stream rock(80's or not)- you'll like this. Its not hair or glam but its not speed metal either- doesn't try to copy anyone. Just decent riffs w/ a lot of good hooks.
arriving at the party just a little too late,KIK TRACEE caught the hair metal train right when it crashed into the great big seattle wall known as GRUNGE.too bad because they were easily one of the better bands of this genre.shades of guns, glam and metal, they managed to meld these together in their own unique way to create their own kikin' sound.the vocals are kinda cool too.with the sounds of the pacific northwest drowning out any chance of them getting any significant attention, they called it a day(or their record company did).they'll probably always be remembered as "the band that guy from SLAUGHTER produced",WHAT A LEGACY!
At least not to me,their second album was much better.

The song You're So Strange was different than any song I had heard in the 90s. The lyrics are well written and well sung. It has elements of 80s glam rock but a more mature feel.
Voice of singer is similar to Axl Rose. Quality album from hair metal collectors. The album contains cover version of Mrs. Robinson by Simon and Garfunkel.
