Personally, I loved one song, and like two others. The rest were interesting, but sometimes, I just don't feel like listening to the whole album, so I listen to the first two, and then just skip ahead to the last one, the title track... "Marching to Mars". This album came out after the meltdown with Van Hagar, so maybe Sammy and the gang were just starting to get in the groove of things, and needed another week or two to really get inspired. But the title track seems to explode, when the others seem to just "boom". Unfortunately, the best song on the album is not included on any other Sammy Hagar "Best Of..." Album or anywhere else, so it comes in a package deal with 9 bonus songs on the outstanding single...
One of Sammy's better albums. A mixture of different sounding tracks. Not all great but depends upon the listener

great cd,sammy' vooie is in fine form on the cd, he shows why he was had some of the best rock and rock chops since his early days with montrose. on this cd he slows down to show he can both sing a ballad when needed and in split second tunr on the monster lead vocals! both sides now and marching to mars are the high points!
