If you're into 80s rock you'll probably love this album. Night Ranger was never a hard rock band and they never tried to be, but they still delivered a solid album for being a debut. I bought this on cassette shortly after it was released and I loved it immediately. There's a few places where I feel they could have cut back on the synthesizer a little but that was the trend for radio friendly rock 'n' roll at the time. In spite of that, this is still a heavy hitter, and arguably their best album ever. Again, if you're into 80s rock you'll probably love this album, so give it a listen... You might just surprise yourself.
