Bad Religion is my favorite band. I knew what this CD was before I bought it. It's great. Classics like American Jesus, and Skyscraper are some of their best. It's not my favorite, but it is good.

I don't know what it is about Bad Religion but their melodic punk tunes really strike a chord with me. Recipe For Hate is a pretty consistent set of songs and it includes the amazing American Jesus (one of their finest tracks). Dedicated fans might argue that this is not one of their best works but all I'm going to say is put it in your cd player, turn it up and enjoy. 4 1/2 Stars.

Not as good as 'Suffer' but purty good indeed. Lots of vitriol and anger and sugar sweet choruses. It's grrrreat.
