These guys never cease to amaze me. 40+ years in the music biz, Phil Mogg & Pete Way are two of the hardest working artists in rock n roll. During a bit of a break from the band UFO they released this in 1997, then later on a few years down the road "Chocolate Box" and let me tell ya, both releases sound just like UFO material (which is a huge compliment because UFO is one of my all time favorite bands).
I think it's pretty decent. However, Bellas seems to rely on speed too much as where Michael Schenker,(UFO), has the perfect mix of melody and speed. There are some fantastic songs such as: Fortunetown, High Wire, and House of Pain. Don't understand why the cover of Mother Mary.
Phil Mogg and Pete Way. What almost 40yrs of recording .And still one of the most original sounds in Rock and Roll. A side project from UFO. [Edge of the world] delivers the atmostphere you would expect from these two Vets.
bit dear but good value
