This is nothing short of a gem. Prism was the band that everyone listened to but asked "who is that?" Not a bad track here. This was and remains one of the very few bands who had the guts to stray away from the cookie-cutter late 70's-early 80's rock format to create their own sound. "Armageddon", probably one of the more recognizable tracks, never let the music overcome the excellent vocals, and maintains this throughout the album. This is what makes Prism's music so very distint. Balance. While not smooth, nor is this a punk or metal sound. So user-friendly without being fluff. Prism manages to skirt the pop genre without every going through the door. Lucky are the ones who have this album. You'll be begging "Virginia, please don't go" long after the music stops. Every track equally as pleasing as the last - start to finish! One you'll remember and well worth whatever you pay for it, if you're lucky to find it. It's just all good, like going home again even if you didn't want to live there.Read full review
Canadian Rockers and Producers unite so that Veteran Canadian Band "Prism" can FINALLY have their time in the spotlight! "Good To Be Back", "Party Line", "Cover Girl", and others show that, outside Canada, somehow this band was kept a secret from us.

This CD captures the best of Prism like no other "Best of" Cd I have ever listened too. Truly a "Best of"! I decided to buy it because my records just weren't cutting it anymore! And I wanted to be able to listen to Prism while driving.
