michael was not only a terrific singer and dancer , not only was he magical and different, but he was a good person, with a heart filled with love for all. a person who came from nothing to be the greatest star of them all. No one could touch him in comparason. a life with many struggles but still had time to care about a sick or dying person, never selfish always giving. Even in death, he left money to charity. How many people do you know of,that care so much. most people would rather walk by,ignoring the less fortunate in life thinking they were glad it wasn t them. not michael, he wanted to help them up. he is the friend I never new, but always had. just to hear his music,or watch him dance could make me smile. I have never been to a concert in my life, there are to many people, but I wish I would have gone to michaels, but it is sadly to late now. but I have got my tapes, and dvds and when I miss him,I can turn them on. I still haven t learned to do the moonwalk, but I will keep trying. thanksRead full review
I owned this "cassette" several years ago. Remembered it, considered buying it. So I did, at a discount, and got a generous shipping discount. This CD amps me up. It has such refreshing music and beats, although many years old, it's amazing how the beats, rhythm, melody and singing takes you to an energetic, and cheerful, focused place in an instant. This album was not heralded that much, but I have heard Michael Jackson's stuff so overplayed, all the old stuff, that this is one of my favorite albums. The music is so inspired, so deftly, and adeptly controlled and creative. I still remember when the video "Do you remember the time?" debuted, I was eating it up. Iman, with the hugest, most beautiful smile in the world, Eddie Murphy, does it get any better than that? And who is that Magic Johnson as the guard? I was in artistic and musical bliss. Talk about an overload of the senses! What he gift M.J. gave at these songs and the videos. Black or white? Talk about legendary. The videos associated, talk about politically correct, melding lines, and ethnic diversity and it's appreciation? The man, though odd, shall go down as genius. I just wish he would see the person we all see in him, gather the Faith, and Hope, and Courage, and Strength from Christ Jesus, and make an album like this and some of his others again. He now seems to be a shell, but deep down, if he made an album like this, I have faith he could do it again, a different style maybe and type, but if you like dance music, love good beats and rhythm, and suggestions instead of forced politics, this is genuinely inspired art, in music form at it's best. Warning, if you never had the urge to break dance, moonwalk, pop, or do the robot, this album will find your motivation.Read full review

MJ fans, if you don't have this your really missing out. My goodness. This CD is moving emotionally - Why you wanna trip on me - Heal the world - Will you be there - and Gone too soon. It's Hot --- Dangerous - In the Closet, and then your sweet songs boyfriend to girlfriend --- She drives me wild, Remember the time, Can't let her get away.... and finally - KEEP THE FAITH Is one of my best! I play that 10 times a day - very motivating and encouraging song... MJ is incredible his music address so many issues in the world. I Truly love every song!! Music and words are great!
There's nothing cutesy about this album (except for the intro to "Black or White" which is totally like something Michael would do). It is fun to see different sides of Michael. A few of the songs are about girls that did him wrong...he treats that theme uniquely and wonderfully. There are also heartwarming tracks like "Heal the World" and "Gone Too Soon". It is sexy and fast, but it gets slow at times; therefore, I feel there is a nice balance to the piece as a whole. I highly recommend this album to anyone. The special edition verson is cool too, but no Quincy Jones or Rod Temperton interviews in Dangerous Special Edition.
