Geoff Moore is a stellar pop musician and song-writer, and is definitely in it for the ministry. He is positive and encouraging, though mostly mellow. There are only two negative things to this compilation. One, the live CD repeats some of his studio songs. Two, it doesn't include his Sparrow releases. Being a Forefront version omits some of these other classics, particularly his Place to Stand album. There's some classic stuff here, some old-time CCM. If you are looking for something encouraging or enjoy some 80s reminiscing, you should pick up this double disc.
This album is light years ahead of albums of its day, but it is also an album that enters the heart and soul of the listener to bring, peace, hope, grace, and love to the hearer.
