Have always loved Chicago ever since they first came out as The Chicago Transit Authority. Just a great sound with great arrangements and master musicians. As a drummer, I have always admired Danny Seraphin's style of playing. Their sound will never grow old. Glad they have been given a place in the Rock and Roll Hall of fame.

If you want a representation of the range of Chicago's work through the years, this is the ticket. Disc 1 covers mostly the lighter side of the band, from love songs like Hard To Say I'm Sorry to newer pop cuts like Happy Man.Purists from their early days will much prefer Disc 2,with edgier classics like Questions 67&68 and Lowdown. This disc underscores the later gravitation towards top 40-type tunes that sold a LOT of records. Still, for pure musicianship (the horns were music performance majors), Chicago is hard to beat.
This CD set has all of Chicago's best songs from the time they were known as Chicago. I enjoyed this very much. The Cd set plays great, good sound and did not seem to be a cheap CD set. I would recommend it to anyone who is a fan of the group.
