I bought this CD to replace another Second Helping CD that I had lost some time back.My original Second Helping was an LP long gone from back in the 70's.This is good music,all Skynyrd is good music,but this one takes me back to my younger years when life for me was alot different than now.I guess I was a free spirit.It's feel good music from back in the day and in my opinion anything that makes you feel young again and brings back all of those great memories is a must have.Those were the good ole days and this is a purchase that I am glad I made.V.C.
