    Great CD for those who appreciate real musical talent

    If you really want to hear talent in today's era of music, take a listen to Alter Bridge. They have been putting out really great CDs since their start. The "AB III" album is just one more example of the raw and heartfelt talent these guys have recorded. I absolutely love the songs. The words and instrumentals are extremely emotional and powerful!! Not to mention the art throughout the inserts with the lyrics for each song. I do recommend buying this CD with the two bonus tracks. What could be better than to hear two more great songs by Alter Bridge! I also recommend buying the album, "Blackbird."

    not so good for what i figured!

    i love alter bridge ever since their first album but i really didnt care much for this 3rd album. their not the heaviest thing out there but i really feel thats what hurt this album. i like hard rock,metal and classic rock but this coming from alter bridge was dissapointing to me in many ways. the writing was great but the music was so soft that i about feel asleep. i figured with 16 tracks that their would at least be some pretty crunching stuff but turns out that the 2nd song on the album (isolation) was the song i herd on the radio and the only good song far as im concerned because it was so alter bridge. if youre a hard core rock fan or metal fan. do not buy this album. if you like country than i guarantee its for you! i rate this 2 stars out of 5! they will have to get heavier to ...

    Living up to Blackbird

    Alter Bridge's third studio album has alot to live up to as it follows one of the best albums of 2007, Blackbird. Although, ABIII offers a completely different feel that I haven't quite put my finger on yet, It definitely lives up to the expectations. Fans of Alter Bridge will be relieved that the album doesn't disappoint and people who haven't heard of Alter Bridge before (Which if you haven't shame on you!)will be pleased as well. Very highly recommended album.
