The Godz were never groundbreaking artists. They were good ol' Rock and Roll! I put off buying this CD for a while because the price had been too high. Now that it is reasonably priced I am very happy to have made this purchase (my vinyl has been toast for quite some time now.) The liner notes (actually Martin Popoff interviews) were a lot of fun to read even as they are over seven years old. If you ever saw the Godz, or even Eric Moore or Rosie, you saw musicians that always gave their all. This CD is a great mark in time to celebrate the music and the band!

I first heard this years ago . A friend of an older brother had it so I got it on cassette tape later. Had searched for it some years back to see if it ever came out on CD but never saw it and did a more recent search and found it was on CD. Couldn't wait to hear my favorite song on the CD, Gotta Keep A Runnin'.

I grew up in Columbus Ohio. The Godz came out of Columbus in the mid to late 70's. Great music. Would love to see the original members play a show. Music is a hard metal rock.
