Sandy Denny - The North Star .. (Remastered) (CD 2005)
Sandy Denny was one of the finest musicians that Britain ever produced and this recording lives up to her high standards - beautiful singing and fine songwriting. I have been long familiar with Sandy's work with Fairport Convention but not so with her solo recordings and those with Fotheringay, Strawbs, etc. I was given a DVD at Xmas about her life and work and it prompted me to seek out these unfamiliar records on eBay. I have since then been able to find a few and they have all been delightful.

Superb CD
This singer died 30 years ago but her recording still sound fresh and her CDs are still selling. Everyone interested in music should have at least one of her CDs in their collection, her voice is stunning.
