First dozen songs are great then tapers off. Sounds like best parts of built to spill crossed with treepeople.

Raw early works that may turn off fans of Death Cab's later albums. Those of us that love homemade recordings (think Elliot Smith or some of the tunes on the Sediment compilations) should appreciate this! "I think I'm drunk enough to drive you home now..." proves that a close listen to the lyrics is rewarding. 4 Stars.
This is one of Death Cab's ultimately great albums. There are a ton of great songs on it. Definitely worth adding to any fan's collection
