Communication with the seller were perfect, the problem arose with the courier. When UPS passed I wasn't home and the courier forgot to leave me a receipt and an address where picking the parcel up. After a long quest, I finally could find out the parcel at a UPS drop off point. I got the parcel two weeks later than the expected date. But in the end, all is well what ends well.
