Qui dobbiamo fare chiarezza su questo feedback:
L'acquirente ci ha contattato 5 giorni dopo la ricezione del prodotto, indicando di aver ricevuto il nastro tutto danneggiato (causato dal corriere), ci ha chiesto il rimborso completo senza restituzione, in quanto riteneva di aver buttato il prodotto vista la delusione.
Mi sono offerta di effettuare la restituzione a carico mio per poi effettuare il rimborso, ma l'acquirente ha preferisco rilasciare un feedback negativo.
