¿Cómo debo hacer para devolver un artículo?

Para proceder a la devolución de un artículo con el que no estás satisfecho, los pasos que debes seguir son los siguientes:

Prepara tu paquete para la devolución utilizando un embalaje que lo proteja en el envio, con el artículo en las mismas condiciones en las que se envió, y sin que haya sido usado.

Una vez recibido en nuestro almacen, comprobaremos que el artículo se encuentra en las mismas condiciones en las que se envió, que no ha sido usado, que conserva sus etiquetas originales y su embalaje original completo, y procederemos a la devolución del dinero en la misma forma en la que se realizó el pago, o al cambio de articulo si asi lo acordamos.

¿Cómo y cuándo recibiré el importe de mi devolución?

Según las Normativas Reguladoras de Ventas a Distancia, los clientes de la Unión Europea disponen de 7 días laborables, a contar desde la fecha de recepción del pedido, para ejercer el derecho de desistimiento sobre su pedido.
