Pump arrived on the date specified and communication was first class, always updated, up to the time the item arrived. Unfortunitly on opening the parcel i found a pice was broken, the bottom drain plug, which is made of plastic and i have asked for a replacement drain plug if possable, other than that, the service has been very good.
