Bought item arrived Brocken ,they asked for pictures sent to them. Then started to question did I receive in good faith by the courier???? . Was NOT packed correctly for a delicate item , they even asked me to return the item even though they saw the pictures????. Was collected I messaged after a few days to ask id received,No response then finally they replied that they reimbursed me. All that hassle for a low cost item could have just sent another one.
