Return policy details

1. Ai sensi degli articoli 52 e ss. del Codice del Consumo, il Cliente Consumatore ha il diritto di recedere dal Contratto, senza alcuna penalità e senza specificarne il motivo, entro il termine di quattrodici giorni dal ricevimento del Prodotto senza dover fornire alcuna motivazione.

2.Il Cliente Consumatore deve comunicare la volontà di recedere dal contratto mediante lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento all’indirizzo:

3. Ravanello s.n.c. comunica al Cliente Consumatore senza indugio una conferma di ricevimento, via e-mail all’indirizzo di posta elettronica comunicato nel corso della procedura di acquisto sul Sito, del recesso esercitato.

4. In conformità a quanto previsto dall’articolo 59, lett. c) e d) del Codice del Consumo, il Cliente Consumatore non può esercitare il diritto di recesso per Prodotti confezionati su misura o chiaramente personalizzati o che rischiano di deteriorarsi o alterarsi rapidamente.

5. Il diritto di recesso non si applica né ai prodotti audiovisivi e ai prodotti originariamente sigillati e aperti dal consumatore, né ai beni sigillati che non si prestano ad essere restituiti per motivi igienici o connessi alla protezione della salute che sono stati aperti dopo la consegna.

Riguardo lo stato dei beni, essi devono risultare in un normale stato di conservazione. Il consumatore risponde unicamente della diminuzione di valore risultante da una manipolazione diversa da quella “normale” e necessaria per verificare la natura, le caratteristiche e il funzionamento del bene.

6. I Prodotti per cui viene esercitato il diritto di recesso devono essere restituiti entro quattrodici giorni dal giorno in cui il Cliente Consumatore ha comunicato l’esercizio del diritto di recesso, sostanzialmente integri, nella loro confezione originale, completi degli accessori e degli eventuali manuali, senza alcuna mancanza.

7. Le sole spese dovute dal Cliente Consumatore per l’esercizio del diritto di recesso sono le spese dirette di restituzione del bene, come previsto dall’articolo 57, comma 1, del Codice del Consumo.

8. Una volta ricevuta la richiesta di recesso, Ravanello s.n.c. provvederà alla restituzione dell'intero importo versato dal Cliente Consumatore entro il termine di quattordici giorni dalla data in cui il Cliente Consumatore ha esercitato il diritto di recesso, mediante riaccredito sul conto corrente utilizzato al momento dell’acquisto, ovvero utilizzando le coordinate bancarie fornite dal Cliente Consumatore con la comunicazione di recesso e comunque utilizzando lo stesso metodo di pagamento utilizzato dal Cliente Consumatore al momento dell’acquisto. Ravanello s.n.c. si riserva il diritto di trattenere il rimborso finché non abbia ricevuto i Prodotti oggetto del diritto di recesso, oppure finché il Cliente Consumatore non abbia dimostrato di aver rispedito i beni, a seconda di quale situazione si verifichi prima.

9. Qualora invece non siano rispettati le modalità, le condizioni ed i termini per l'esercizio del diritto di recesso, come specificato in questo articolo, il Cliente Consumatore non avrà diritto al rimborso delle somme già versate. In tal caso, il Cliente Consumatore potrà riottenere, a sue spese, il Prodotto nello stato in cui è stato restituito a Ravanello s.n.c. In caso contrario, Ravanello s.n.c. potrà trattenere i Prodotti restituiti, oltre a tutte le somme già corrisposte dal Cliente Consumatore per il relativo acquisto. Le spese di spedizione e trasporto sono poste a carico del Cliente.
