Diritto di Recesso

Il diritto di recesso (ai sensi del D. Lgsl. 206/2005) deve avvenire entro e non oltre 14 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce. Per richiedere l'autorizzazione al reso, il cliente deve inviare una richiesta all'indirizzo email ordini@coloreamico.it oppure per Raccomandata A/R entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione della merce o ancora tramite PEC all’indirizzo coloreamico@cert.ica-net.it. Si rammenta che la spedizione della richiesta di reso tramite email NON costituisce un canale certificato e totalmente tracciabile.

NON è possibile chiedere la restituzione per prodotti personalizzati (es. vernici e pitture i cui colori vengono realizzati in base alle richieste del Cliente).

La restituzione dovrà avvenire entro 14 giorni dalla data di autorizzazione della nostra assistenza, avendo cura di inserire tutte le bolle e/o ricevute fiscale inserite nel pacco. Il cliente deve restituire il prodotto accuratamente imballato nella confezione originale e completo di ogni accessorio, dei manuali di istruzione e di tutto quanto in origine contenuto; in mancanza di questi, può restituire comunque il prodotto, però il valore del rimborso subirà una diminuzione che verrà valutata nel momento in cui riceveremo fisicamente il prodotto in magazzino. Le spese di spedizione per il reso sono a carico del cliente. In caso di restituzione della merce il vostro contratto di acquisto sarà annullato e il costo dei prodotti vi sarà rimborsato entro 14 giorni dalla data di comunicazione del recesso e comunque dopo aver ricevuto il prodotto e dopo averne controllato la relativa integrità. L'importo da rimborsare sarà accreditato utilizzando lo stesso metodo di pagamento scelto in fase di acquisto. Se la merce arriva danneggiata, prima di contattarci, assicuratevi di aver apportato nelle bolle del corriere la dicitura RISERVA DI CONTROLLO, se ciò è avvenuto allora avete diritto al rimborso o alla sostituzione della merce. Diversamente secondo la legge Italiana avete diritto ad un rimborso pari a 1€ al Kg.
