Se il Cliente è un consumatore (ossia una persona fisica che acquista la merce per scopi non riferibili alla propria attività professionale, ovvero non effettua l'acquisto richiedendo fattura su Partita IVA), ha diritto a recedere dal contratto di acquisto per qualsiasi motivo, senza necessità di fornire spiegazioni e senza alcuna penalità. Per esercitare tale diritto, il Cliente dovrà inviare alla Nostra ditta una comunicazione scritta in tal senso entro 10 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento della merce. Una volta pervenuta la suddetta comunicazione il nostro servizio clienti provvederà rapidamente a comunicare al cliente a mezzo e-mail le istruzioni sulla modalità di restituzione.

A partire dalla data dell’e-mail di autorizzazione di reso , il cliente è tenuto a restituire la merce entro e non oltre 10 giorni, che dovrà pervenire alla nostra sede.

IMPORTANTE: Il cliente deve aver cura di far rientrare la merce indicando sul pacco i propri dati quali nome, cognome, indirizzo e numero telefonico e il numero ordine di riferimento.

Il diritto di recesso è comunque sottoposto alle seguenti condizioni:

• il diritto si applica al prodotto acquistato nella sua interezza;

• non è possibile esercitare recesso solamente su parte del prodotto acquistato (es.: accessori, software allegati, ecc...);

• il diritto non si applica ai prodotti audiovisivi o a software informatici sigillati (compresi quelli allegati a materiale hardware), una volta aperti;

Il bene acquistato dovrà essere integro e restituito nell'imballo originale, completo in tutte le sue parti (compresa eventuale documentazione e dotazione accessoria: manuali, cavi, ecc...);

Una volta arrivata in magazzino, la merce verrà ispezionata e se non verranno riscontrati difetti, avvieremo le pratiche di rimborso dell'intero importo del bene (spese di spedizioni escluse). Il rimborso potrà essere effettuato esclusivamente tramite Paypal (no bonifico, no postepay).

A norma di legge, le spese di spedizione sono a carico del Cliente e la spedizione, fino all'attestato di avvenuto ricevimento nel nostro magazzino, è sotto la completa responsabilità del Cliente. In caso di danneggiamento del bene durante il trasporto, la nostra ditta darà comunicazione al Cliente dell'accaduto (entro il giorno lavorativo successivo al ricevimento del bene nei propri magazzini), per consentirgli di sporgere tempestivamente denuncia nei confronti del corriere da lui scelto e ottenere il rimborso del valore del bene (se assicurato). In questa eventualità, il prodotto sarà restituito, con spese di spedizione a carico del Cliente, contemporaneamente annullando la richiesta di recesso.
