Se l’acquirente non è soddisfatto della merce ricevuta, potrà rispedirla al mittente e sarà rimborsato come previsto dalla normativa vigente (D.lgs. n. 185/99 - D.lgs. n. 206/2005) che stabilisce un termine utile per avvalersi del diritto di recesso quantificato in 10 giorni lavorativi dal ricevimento della merce.
