Diritto di recesso

Lei ha il diritto di rescindere il presente contratto entro quattordici giorni senza doverne indicare i motivi.

Il termine di revoca è di quattordici giorni a partire dal giorno in cui lei o un terzo da lei nominato

che non è il vettore, prenderà possesso della merce.

Per rispettare tale termine è sufficiente aver inviato la notifica riguardante l’esercizio del diritto di recesso prima della fine del termine dello stesso.

Conseguenze del recesso

Se revoca questo contratto, le rimborseremo tutti i pagamenti che abbiamo ricevuto da lei,

compresi i costi di consegna (ad eccezione dei costi aggiuntivi derivanti dal fatto che lei

abbia scelto un tipo di consegna diverso rispetto alla consegna standard più economica da noi offerta) tempestivamente e al massimo entro quattordici giorni dalla data di comunicazione relativa alla rescissione di questo contratto. Per tale rimborso utilizzeremo lo stesso metodo di pagamento adottato per la prima transazione, a meno che sia stato espressamente concordato diversamente; in nessun caso sarà tenuto a pagare questo tipo di

spese di rimborso che le verranno addebitate.

Per le merci che possono essere restituite normalmente per posta:

è necessario effettuare il reso della merce tempestivamente e comunque entro e non oltre quattordici giorni dalla data in cui ci informa della rescissione del presente contratto, al seguente indirizzo o da consegnare:

Il termine sarà da considerarsi rispettato se la merce verrà spedita prima della fine del periodo di quattordici giorni. Lei coprirà i costi diretti del reso della merce.

Nel caso in cui lei rispedisca la merce, la preghiamo di restituire l'imballaggio originale

se ancora disponibile.

Eccezioni al diritto di recesso

Die Trackingnummer verwies auf eine DHL Lieferung, es war aber eine Nox-Nachtexpress Lieferung. Daher konnte man die Packetverfolgung auch erst nach mehreren Recherechen nutzen.
