La restituzione del manufatto consegnato all'Acquirente, è accettata soltanto se la medesima evidenzia difetti di realizzazione, che sono da verificare e confermare dal sottoscritto Autore. Le spese di spedizione per ritornarla al sottoscritto Venditore e Autore, sono a carico dell'Acquirente e deve essere spedita entro 14 giorni dalla data di ricevimento della medesima. .... Non sarà accettata la restituzione per sopraggiunto gusto contrario, se danneggiata dal vettore di spedizione o per danni causati da propria incuria e negligenza. ...
