Il periodo di recesso scade dopo 30 giorni dal giorno in cui si acquisisce il possesso fisico dei beni.

Effetti del recesso:

Se l'acquirente recede dal presente contratto, gli saranno rimborsati tutti i pagamenti che ha effettuato a nostro favore (ad eccezione dei costi che l'acquirente andrà a sostenere per la restituzione del bene), senza indebito ritardo e in ogni caso non oltre 30 giorni dal giorno del ricevimento del bene presso la nostra sede.
