- Eventi fortuiti, incendi, liquidi, sostanze chimiche o di altro tipo, allagamenti, vibrazioni, calore eccessivo, ventilazione inadeguata, picchi di corrente, tensione di alimentazione di ingresso errate, radiazioni, scariche elettrostatiche, compresi i fulmini, altre forze ed impatti esterni.

- Ogni materiale non proveniente, venduto o commercializzato dalla Alphaink srl stessa.

- Prodotti ricevuti senza prova di acquisto, scontrino fiscale o fattura commerciale.

- Sono inoltre escluse dalla garanzia al consumatore tutte le aziende che richiedono fattura e fanno un uso professionale/commerciale del prodotto per le quali vale la garanzia limitata di 12 mesi.

- I prodotti venduti per la prima volta ad un utente finale fuori dall'Ambito territoriale di questa Garanzia Limitata.

I prodotti ritenuti fuori garanzia, a giudizio insindacabile di Alphaink srl, resteranno a disposizione del cliente per il ritiro, a costo del cliente, per un periodo di 3 (TRE) mesi dalla data di ricezione, saranno poi ritenuti di proprietà della Alphaink srl stessa e smaltiti secondo i sistemi scelti da Alphaink srl.
